How Kitenga Group Limited handles account, tenant, integration, reporting, and social platform data.
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Who We Are
Kitenga is operated by Kitenga Group Limited. Kitenga provides a tenant-aware customer intelligence, marketing, reporting, and workflow platform for organisations that connect their own business systems and communication channels.
For most tenant data, Kitenga acts as a service provider or processor for the organisation using the platform. For our own website, app account administration, billing, security, and support operations, Kitenga may act as an independent controller.
Information We Process
Kitenga may process account profile details, organisation details, authentication records, tenant configuration, integration metadata, campaign and calendar data, reporting data, support interactions, audit logs, and product usage data.
When a tenant connects social or advertising platforms, Kitenga stores the tenant-authorised connection state and may import channel, post, ad, creative, metric, and insight data that the connected platform makes available to the authorised user.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the Kitenga platform, operate tenant workspaces, maintain integrations, show reporting and analytics, support campaign and social workflows, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Kitenga does not sell tenant social channel data or advertising account data. Data imported from connected providers is used to provide the connected tenant's requested platform features.
Connected Social Platforms
If a tenant connects Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft, Google, or other provider accounts, the tenant controls which channels are authorised. Kitenga uses the granted permissions only to perform the selected workflow, such as discovering owned channels, importing historical posts and insights, preparing drafts, or publishing approved content.
Provider tokens and channel records are tenant-scoped. A tenant can disconnect a provider from within Kitenga or revoke access directly in the provider's account settings.
Sharing and Subprocessors
Kitenga may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, logging, email delivery, analytics, and integration workflows. These providers process data only to help us operate Kitenga.
Where a tenant chooses to connect a third-party platform, data may be exchanged with that platform according to the tenant's authorisation and the provider's terms.
Retention and Security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit trails, and support security. Tenant administrators can request deletion or disconnection as described in our data deletion instructions.
We use access controls, tenant separation, encrypted credential storage patterns, audit logs, and operational safeguards to protect data handled by Kitenga.
